  • Eligibility Details

    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in New York with emphasis on New York county. Some giving also in Vermont, Hawaii, Massachusetts and California. No grants to individuals.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are accepted throughout the year. Board meetings occur quarterly, applications should be submitted at least one month before meetings. Initial approach is with a Letter of Intent. Applicants should submit the following:

    1. Listing of additional sources and amount of support
    2. Copy of current year's organizational budget and/or project budget
    3. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested
    4. Listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations
    5. How project's results will be evaluated or measured
    6. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
    7. Brief history of organization and description of its mission
    8. Population served
    9. Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990
