    Baltimore Community Foundation

The Baltimore Community Foundation is a philanthropic foundation created by and for the people of Greater Baltimore, where passionate people join together to make the region they love a better place, today and for future generations. Many of their grants come from donor-advised funds that are not open to requests for funding. However, some donors also give unrestricted gifts to BCF, or gifts restricted for a particular purpose such as education, arts, human services, or neighborhoods. These gifts support BCF's strategic grantmaking, which promotes the success of Baltimore's young people by supporting effective public schools and equipping neighborhoods with the resources they need. Refer to the foundation's website for a full listing of grant opportunities - they are updated regularly.
