Eligibility Details
Eligible applicants are qualified public entities or 501(c)(3) charities. Giving is limited to organizations within a 30 mile radius of Waco, Texas.
Deadline Details
The Foundation's Board of Trustees currently considers requests for grant funding 2-3 times per year. Dates are subject to change therefore prospective applicants should check back occasionally for updates. Unless specified, the grant process involves two phases: a letter of inquiry (LOI) followed by the full grant application. After review of LOIs in each cycle, grant applicants will be notified whether or not the organization is being invited to submit a full grant application for further consideration.

February 9, 2024 - LOI Submissions Due for 2024 Spring Cycle (11:59 PM CT)
Mid-March 2024 - LOI Status Notifications (Decline, Defer, or Invite for Full App*)
April 15, 2024 - Final Grant Applications Due for 2024 Spring Cycle (By Invitation Only)
May 2024 - 2024 Spring Grant Review (Notifications sent by mid to late May)

Award Details
Award amounts vary. Recent awards ranged from approximately $10,000 to more than $200,000.
